Restful sleep is the foundation for physical, mental, and spiritual well being. The Academy has brought in experts to work with each specific athlete at the Academy to create a customized wellness plan beginning with their sleeping routine.
Each athlete is given an assessment that identifies any areas of concern that may be contributing to their lack of healthy sleep patterns. The team identifies which areas of a player’s lifestyle contributes most heavily to poor sleep and gives them the tools to remedy those concerns.
The plan focuses on each individual and makes sure they are not overstimulated, stay in sync with their circadian rhythm, and promotes an active lifestyle. The Sleep Scientists at The Academy are able to come up with a checklist to maximize slumber efficiency.
