Here at the Academy, we believe in total body health.  We are proud to provide yoga training for our athletes and coaches. Twice a week, yoga instructors focus on maintaining flexibility and proper recovery of our players and coaches.



We believe that fitness is not just a shape or a number on the scale, but an elevated state of being. Through this yoga instruction, we are bringing diversity to training, and brings the transformational power of movement to the Academy and the world.

We have worked hard to ensure The Academy remains a no-judgment zone. Each yoga class helps connect Academy players with themselves and with one another through celebrating progress and uplifting one another. These positive affirmations help create a culture of brotherhood and togetherness in an otherwise competitive  and difficult environment.
